Hello and how are you doing? Hope all is well, Im writing to you in regards to my order #30112**** for item: Avirex Icon Leather Jacket which I provided a photo of below.

I still havent received my order the tracking shows it was delivered December 6th but I have yet to receive it! When I came home from work that day I didnt see my package at my door so I checked the vicinity of my property and checked with my neighbors as well to no avail. If Im not mistaken this package was supposed to be signature required which is why I dont understand why it was left on my property without me being home. How is it saying this package was delivered if I never signed for it.

I even have a sign in front of my door Hello and how are you doing? Hope all is well, Im writing to you in regards to my order #30112**** for item: Avirex Icon Leather Jacket which I provided a photo of below. With my phone number attached as well so if need be the driver can call me: no Im not sure if the package was left out front or if it was delivered to a wrong adress or something but Im trying to find out whats going on with my package!! This item I ordered was supposed to be for my son for Christmas and I cannot afford to take a lost on this. Anything I can do to help please feel free to contact me I appreciate your time and assistance Im this matter and look forward to hearing from you!! Hello, I am writing this email to let you know of a recent issue I had with one of your items. I purchased a pair of Splendid Womens Carlene Suede Mules from Saks 5th Avenue. I wore the shoes only one day I had to Struggle to walk in them as they do not even stay on your feet and they just start to slide off as you are walking this resulted in the skin being torn from the bottom of my big toe, which then caused an excessive amount of blood as I am on blood thinners for a medical condition so this is very dangerous for me. I am attaching pictures of the damage.

You could not understand the person on tje phone.. it had nothing to do with connection. The situation was unable to be resolved when you cant understand the person on the other end

They owe me a refund and ignore me

I purchased some shoes and forgot to enter my 25% coupon code. I contacted them that week letting them know. They approved my refund. Nothing ever came. I called again after the time they said to wait for the refund for one billing cycle. He confirmed its been approved and said I would be contacted in 72 hours. Nothing. A third time I called and, again no response, no action. Terrible customer service and dishonest. They expect you to give up and they keep your money. Its been 4.5 months now. I buy a lot of designer items, but for this lack of professionalism, I will not buy here.

Can't get order thru

I am absolutely shocked and wont let my recent experience pass by lightly because I dont like being under valued as a loyal customer of Saks for over 15 years.

I made a purchase that was an error, addressed it via email within 1 hour.

I was told somebody would contact me within 24-48 hours.,

This never happened!!!

I expressed my concerns about shipping emails I was getting and feel that I was ignored deliberately so my order gets shipped ( money to be made off me) more than genuine care to stop this inconvenience.

I just received an email to say my item has been shipped.

Absolutely unforgivable customer service. What if this was you or someone in your family being treated like this.

I dont have money to throw around and let things slide. But to see now in the 1 time of need how you value customers is a real eye opener.

Please advise what you will do in this matter.

Fraud by sales advisor

I would like to file a complaint with Saks on Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills CA. I was a victim of fraud by my VIP sales advisor AJ Verma, who was fired in September 2022 for stealing customer goods. I have tried to get support regarding this matter along with other victims from this event however Saks has not helped in anyway but brush me off their shoulder. When I asked Eian for help he was always busy. I need this situated and fraudulent charges adjusted.

I have placed two orders, received confirmation of order, but contacted a week later, only to be informed that the merchandise was sold out. This is extremely annoying, and even more in unprofessional, unorganized, and its doing business in bad faith. I need someone from management to contact me regarding this unethical situation.
