Refund

I have been dealing with my refi since January 3 every time I talk to somebody they tell me a different story they tell me 15 days but as you can see from January 3 until March 12 is more than 15 days. I think its terrible that a high-end store like saks is terrible with the refi somebody needs to get the system together. The shoe price was already more than cut in half but the site showed a code for a 20% discount. It was only after I spoke with the service rep that I was told to get a 20% discount I had to buy $250 worth of good, which didnt show anywhere on the site.

Gift cards online

I recently bought many items at Saks and was provided 2 gift cards. I was promised that I could use them online since I'm not a US citizen and I live abroad. Nevertheless, none will work on the web. When I called customer service, they confirmed they would get back to me asap. The time frame to use the gift card balance has already expired, and I still have no news from the store.

Website Crashed Before Midnight as I was checking out on Black Friday

I am very disappointed with the website experience. I was in the midst of purchasing Tom Ford Eau de Soleil Blanc Eau de Toilette in a 3.4 Oz size for a discounted price of about $190, if I recall (orig.

$210). On top of that, I entered the code BFGCSF for $75 off my purchase. Suddenly, before midnight but after 11:50 pm, the website crashed and remained down for many minutes.

The website was finally restored about ten minutes later, after midnight. The offer switched from $75 off to $50 off (gift card) and the perfume is no longer on sale!

I would desire a price correction for this purchase; this is wholly unjust as a consumer who just spent time scouring the website and was about to checkout only for it to crash before switching up the entire offer.

IVE NEVER IN MY LIFE FELT SO HUMILIATED AND DISCRIMINATED LIKE TODAY 10/16/2022 IN THIS SACKS IN THE PERFUME DEPARTMENT. TO THE MANAGERS OF THE CITY BRICKEL SAKS , YOU GUYS HAVE TO TRAINING BETTER YOUR SELLER IN EDUCATION, COSTUMER SERVICE AND THE BRANDS THAT YOU HAVE !!!

Today I went to Saks to the perfume department and a middle age lady with a dark red hair put it up ( dont know her name but she is Cuban ) tried to show me some perfumes, I told her that I buy perfume from a web site that they are cheaper than Sacks .

Immediately she changed her attitude and started to look at me in a bad way , another guy ( tall , dark hair and Cuban too ) came and started to asking me how much the Delina cost in this web site , I told him that the difference is 70$ . I asked her if They had Xerjoff ( an Italian collection perfume brand ) and she looked at me and says in very rude way that she didnt know that brand and the guy says the same thing . THEIR FACES WERE Like you buy cheap things and that brand nobody knows it !!!

Guys , If you dont know some brands doesnt mean that they dont exist, and SAKS HAS TO TRAIN THEIR SELLER BETTER !!! Then , another girl that she was in the Pefume De Marly part asked to the lady about the web site and she told her : ALL THOSE WEB SITE SELLS PERFUME CHEAPER FOR PEOPLE THAT DONT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY IT HERE !!!

I felt so bad , nobody in my life have treated me in that way, I felt discriminated and humiliated!!! That lady doesnt know me !!

I can afford perfectly fine the perfume that I want it . Just My bag and my hair extensions together make her monthly salary !!!

Hello,

My name is Rupinder Sandhu.

I bought a Fergamo bag on May 26, 2021 from Saks Fifth Ave Calgary, Alberta.

I contacted the store by phone on March 13, 2022 to inform them that the bag's hook is broken. I have saved the hardware that came off.

The sales clerk took the information and promised to get back to me. Didn't hear back. Called numerous times to the store, nobody answered.

Went there twice to ask if it can be repaired. I was asked to produce a receipt which I could not locate.

Yesterday, December 19th, I went there again with my credit card on which the bag was purchased.

I was told that they have no record of this purchase in their system and made me feel like I was lying about it.

I went through my credit card statements and found the following information:

My complaint is that Saks didn't stand by the products that's sold, my calls were not returned and making me feel like a liar. Shopping is all about pleasant experience especially for designer goods.

Horrible customer service

The worst customer service!!! No one knows what they are doing. Waited almost two hours to speak to a manager on multiple occasions. Im honestly appalled by Saks. Will avoid shopping there! Shameful that a store like Saks has such horrible customer service and will not hire more staff.
