The item is still processing. I have chatted with cs reps twice with no clue when to expect my order.

Cannot guarantee it will not sell out b4 they fulfill it. Mind you they have charged me in full already.

I chatted twice to be told there are delays due to the holiday promotions. Are you bot prepared after having over a year of almost 0 sales due to Covid? You do not delay charging for a service you cannot provide but then what do you offer as a way of reconciling with your loyal Saks clients? I have Macys Bloomingdales Neiman Marcus Bergdorf Goodman Nordstrom and Saks.

So out of any of those premier retailers why choose Saks if you cannot even keep up with the professionalism of an Old Navy or Payless? You should be ashamed of yourselves with such poor service no wonder you have horrible reviews. You all must do better.

I will definitely share on all of my social media platforms. Extremely Disappointing and Disheartening is all I can say.

Received a general email about SAKS products and in the email were pictures of adult sex toys, sexual lubricants and disinfecting cleaners. What?!?!

When did SAKS start to sell sex toys, they call it Wellness, I had to explain what this orange thingy was and how to use it to my co-workers. This was neither an OPT-In nor OPT-OUT email, it was sent to everyone. My friend's 13-year-old daughter asked her mother what some of this stuff was.

If SAKS is so desperate to make money that they are now selling sex toys and adult items, why not just start to sell *** I have no use for this company as they violated my trust and sent me adult *** email without me asking. Sad how far SAKS has fallen.

I called them several times and no call back or anything. I wrote them once and no response.

I called the Hudson Bay Company and they did write my concern down.

I call their credit card issuer and they listened as they were concerned that this coud possibly damage theri brand. I have closed my account and I now shop at Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman.

I paid $700 for a shoe that came with a not so minor scratch. When you pay that kind of money, you expect something more than perfect. Now, as I type, I'm on the phone with a representative - for the third time - who is as useful in helping me getting a resolution of my problem as a sack of potato would be. They are dragging my case for more than a month, no resolution, no help, no refund. Unacceptable. Never purchasing anything from here again.

AThe worst customer service, avoid at all costs. They sent me a defective garment and refuse to refund the tax, which is outrageous. It's not like a just don't like the garment, it's DEFECTIVE. Customer service reps are awful, will send you a long preamble about your day being good and then sorry can't help you, sorry for the inconvenience. AVOID if you want to not be robbed of your money. Why should I pay the tax on a garment with *** in it? Nevermind, not Saks' problem. Sorry for the inconvenience!!

As a very loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars every year in saks fifth avenue (online and in the stores), I would expect a better solution and approach when an order that I placed was canceled with no fault on my end and just because it became "out of stock". When I placed the order it didn't even say its "limited inventory" or that it was subject to cancellation if it's out of stock.

It would be just fair to accommodate me with the same brand, color, and size and match the sale price that I paid when I initially placed the order. The representative on the phone did not give me the feeling that I am a valued customer after so many years that I and my family keep spending money in saks nonstop.

I was literally offended from the attitude of the representative that I spoke with who puy me down and made me feel like an unwanted customer.

I kindly ask you to address this matter and help me with my order. Thank you so much for taking care of this matter.

No one from Saks has contacted me. I have tried reaching out several times with no resolve.

This appears to be a problem with their company if you look on BBB. Saks is blatantly ripping their customers off through the returns department/warehouse.

I purchased a pair of Meira T earrings from Saks online. When I received them I noticed that the clasps/posts of the hoops were lose and didnt stay on the ears very well.

I didnt want to risk losing them so I returned the earrings just as I received them, and in the same box. Everything looked perfectly packaged (as was witnessed by my mother and son). A few weeks later I get ONE earring sent back to me with a note stating i wouldn't be getting a refund because I only sent back one earring. I have called several times with no luck in resolving this.

I have been a Saks customer for over 25 years. I have spent over $20,000 already just this year at Saks. But I will never spend another penny at that store. They may have lost one earring, but they will forever lose this customer.

Nordstrom, Neimans, and Bloomingdales are just too good of companies for Saks to treat their customers so poorly. Saks basically stole $1,000 from me.

I started a chat with Saks agent Ayanda to check when my order will be shipped. I made the order on Jan.25, and I use Shoprunner to check out, which my package will be delivered in 2 days. However, until Jan 27, my order still not be shipped. When I contact Ayanda, she didnt really answer my question and end the chat directly. It's a very rude behavior to me who was a loyal Saks customer! She really needs to learn how to treat customers!
