Missing item

I received a dress that was missing a belt. I can't return the dress to the store, and I have to mail it back. Spoke to someone from the Philippines and said it will take 3 weeks to get my refund $323!! Worst experience and unethical practice!!! Train your employees to check the items before sending it to the customer. I will NEVER buy anything online at Saks.

Idiotic website, does not link with any credit card -not Saks, amx or even Apple Pay and phone customer service in non-existent in some other county. ThereforePhone orders do not work. These people must be really rich and successful not to try thier own site and see how many customers and future customers must be unable to make a purchase.

Do not honor refunds

I returned two orders with one order having 2 pairs of shorts and only credited for one and the other order a sweatshirt. The total of merchandise was approximately 1700.00! All items have been received by them and I will not be paying for the items not credited!

I purchased items from Saks.com and they did not ship one of the item I ordered but they said on the shipping tracking that they shipped it in the package. Another case is I returned the whole package with multiple items, they did not refund 2 items as they said they did not receive them. This is very dishonest company and employees.

I am extremely disappointed in Sak's customer service department. I seemed to barely miss the small window of return policy that I admit, was my fault. I assumed that it would not be an issue to receive a store credit, of which I would be completely satisfied with, but much to my disappointment, customer service informed me that this is not an option with Saks. It seems to me, maybe Saks should reconsider this policy or at least make exceptions depending on the customer. As of today, Saks has lost me as a customer as well as my family.

Won’t return 400$ item saying it was worn when it was not

I returned an item that is way too small . They sent it right back to me ! Talked to mom English speaking person she said to put on porch fedx will pick up they didnt I called again today they wont return item ! Im sure its because they are going out of business

Received wrong item and they refuse to refund me

I made an order for a Ralph Lauren onesie but received a completely different onesie that was obviously a different brand that had the brand tag ripped off but the Saks price tag was somehow attached to it. I believe that this item was a return from another consumer who kept the Ralph Lauren item but used the tags of the Ralph Lauren item and used it to return a much cheaper product.

Human error on the employee who accepted the return. When I made the order, I received that item and although the Saks price tag match the item described in the order, the item itself obviously didn't. I was accused of trying to scam them even though I repurchased the same product since I needed it for the baby shower. I just want to return this wrong product that was sent to me but having zero luck.

Every time I feel like the problem is getting fixed, another issue arises. I live in downtown apartments and they had FedEx pickup set up for me. FedEx never came and now I'm being told there is nothing they can do. Every single customer service agent gives me a different answer.

This has been a frustrating 3 months.

It was not my fault that I received the wrong item and it is not my fault that the FedEx drivers don't like to go through the process of picking items up from downtown apartments. JUST LET ME RETURN THIS ITEM!

I bought shoes may 15,th 2023 I received them may 19,2023 they run one size too small I took pics Im my house to give a true review and I called Saks ,& they told me to return the shoes back right away,because I only have 30 days, so I sent them back, And they received them May 26,2023 I have not gotten my refund, so, I called Saks & they said the refund was denied, I got no email or any notification of this, they said the shoes are worn and damaged!! Like what??

No!! They must of damaged them! I have photos the day I sent them back!They was in perfect condition and I cant wear them theyre too small! Is this a scam to keep customers money!!

If so they are next to go bankrupt!!

My heel sticks out the back and my foot does not go down all the way to the front,the shoe runs small I have slender feet Im a 7 1/2 -8 I want my money back and I will not return as a customer! Im ok with that!

Poor customer service

doI ordered an expensive item for a christmas present and was notified it was delayed. When I called customer service and spoke to a manager, she assured me that the item had shipped from the vendor and was now in a holding facility of Saks and was just waiting to be picked up. She assured me I would get my item in a few days. So imagine my surprise when a few hours later I received a notice that my item was cancelled as it had sold out. I called to ask why I had been openly lied to but no one could give an actual answer or even cared. I will never shop at this store again!!!

I recently moved and i returned 4 items I purchased at Saks. I was assured they updated my address but did not.

The items were received at the DC and sent to my old address despite 8 calls and 10 emails. Items were just left there for two weeks in a different state.I’m not sure who even lives at the home. They said they can’t guarantee an address change? Why would they ever give me a return label then.

3700 dollars worth of items. Gone.

They didn’t even try to resolve even after hard proof of their error. I saw that you waited 45 minutes; I spent 6 weeks and collectively 80 hours, They are a disaster of a company and extremely dishonest.

Customer service has a lot to desire. They don’t take care of customers issues. They give you the runaround and in the end no resolution.

Called 4 times for a competitor price adjustment, 4 different people couldnt take care of it, including a supervisor. In the end I returned item and bought it where they truly take care of customers.

I ordered a pair of pants from Saks . Saks used a delivery company named Maergo that alleged to have delivered the package. However, after reviewing my ring camera, I discovered that no delivery was made . I notified Saks customer service twice, and they were rude and stated video evidence is not good enough and refused to refund.
