I ordered a pair of Guiseppe sneakers on October 24, 2014 for delivery on October 25, 2014. Fedex stated they delivered the shoes.

Now here the story gets good. Their first story is I provided ID at my door and than signed for the package. Next story is they have me on video signing for the package. (I live on the 5th Floor) IMPOSSIBLE!

Now here I am 2 weeks later no shoes and no reship or refund. Saks claims to have done an investigation........INTO WHAT? They have called FEDEX while I'm on the phone and not once but twice have admitted that it is normal practice for them to sign and leave packages. Now that I've filed a BBB complaint fedex has back tracked and said they don't do that.

It's literally all in the notes of the conversation. I apparently am not being refunded my $635.83 for my shoes and I'm not getting a reship. Saks corporate office is supposed to be in touch to see if something can be done however not one call in two weeks. I've called over 30 times in two weeks and have got nothing but a cold shoulder.

A customer who spends thousands a month with a company SHOULDNT be treated this way. With over 10 pages of notes where my story stays the same and FedEx's changes it should be clear.

Apparently not. Instead of high fashion they are into highway robbery.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $636.

Preferred solution: Either a reship first choice or refund the money. I work hard to spend money on pricey shoes. .
