I ordered a gown for my son's wedding. The gown arrived and it has some spots on the front, looks like a fabric flaw.

I tried to contact Customer Service to return this gown and reorder in same color and size. She kept telling me that my card was declined which is not the case I had talked with Discover that morning. I gave her another card which she then informed me was a problem. Put me on hold finally came back on and said she was sorry but the dress was not available any longer.

The next day i received email saying dress was in and I could reorder. Exact same thing happened again.... I have done this 3 days in a row.

they can hardly speak english and have NO idea what they are doing. My charge card told me they were not asking for security code is why the charge would not go through.
