I am done shopping at Saks. I purchased an Armani coat.

After 32 days I decided to return it (in truth I had found it on sale somewhere else.) I had not used it; tags are still on it. I specifically checked the price on line because I know that after 30 days you get the "CURRENT SALES PRICE" credited. The day I sent it, it was still at full price so I should have gotten my full purchase price back. However, while my return was en route, it went on sale at Saks.

So they were going to credit me $450 LESS than I had paid. I said no way...return the coat to me. I'm not giving them $450 AND the coat. Two weeks later...& many, many calls and chats later...I now "hear" that they are sending it back to me.

I have no proof. Meanwhile, it has gone nearly 50% off at another store and I am really disgusted with this whole process.

I have lost nearly $600 on this deal. Saks...you're OFF my list of places to shop.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $457.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
