Saks Fifth Avenue - Terrible Customer Service

I bought a dress from the store and 2 days later found the same but cheaper so I went to the store to return it and cashier was not kindly at all and I bought something else the same day and another cashier was rude too I really don’t know why they don’t give a customer service training and treat people better.
