I am very disappointed in this company's customer service I called today on 1/27/17 and got a rude representative 2 weeks ago I ordered Versace sandals then get a email saying my order was cancelled due to them being sold out I call the customer service and one representative gave me a 20% my next purchase and expedited shipping and when I purchase something I need to call customer so they can put in the 20% off and expedited shipping then today I get an email saying the sandals were in stock in my size I order them and then call customer service and get a rude girl and get transferred to someone else then the girl says there's no record of my 20% off and expedited shipping she then says she can give me 15% off but she had to cancel my order she then cancels it and then reorders it and tells me she can't reorder it because now there sold out in the sandals I am so disappointed with this company if I would have known I was gonna have all this problems with this company I would have just ordered the sandals from the Versace website or Neiman Marcus very upset with this company's customer service
