Saks Fifth Avenue - Saks Refused to Honor Marked Price
Made an online purchase for $158. When the merchandise arrived, it had an attached price tag showing $98.
Called Saks' "customer service" department and asked for the $60 difference to be credited to my account. They flatly refused; in fact, three different people refused to honor the marked price on the garment. Item has been returned and now they're trying to stiff me for the $9.50 postage fee. Could they get any cheaper?
Shoppers beware: if you've suspected Saks Fifth Avenue of price-gouging, you are correct.
And their so-called "service" people leave a lot to be desired. Stay away from these dishonorable people!
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Saks Fifth Avenue Cons: Rip off at saks.
Location: Northbrook, Illinois

They did not gouge you. They offered an item at a price and you thought it was good enough to pay.
Clip the tag off and go on about your business.
If the tag had been higher would you have paid the difference to them? I am guessing not.
