I received a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes from Saks Fifth Avenue that were coming unglued at the heel. I had to wear them the night I received them and I called to tell customer service about the problem since I was in an Uber when I noticed they were coming apart.
They said I could return them after my event. Well, now they are telling me they won't take them back. They told me I shouldn't have worn them.
Guess I should have gone barefoot instead. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and they keep telling me the distribution center is the one that makes the final call, ignoring the fact they sent me product that was damaged.
