I placed my order 11/24, today 1 week after I received a email about the cancelation. I called them and they said the price increased and they are having trouble with Saks.com This is the 2nd time in 2 months they mess with the online order, last time they didn't honor the Beauty gift with purchase with a $150 purchase, because they run out of gifts.
Are you serious? we are talking about Saks not Goodwill. Who read this complaints? Who is going to fix it ?
Saks customer service sucks. I really want to cancel my credit account but I don't know if this can hurt my credit score.
