Not resolved

I bought three dresses and tried to return them by mail. Packaged them with receipts.

Three weeks later no credit on my debit card. Called. Said they never received receipts with purchases. Sent proof of purchases with copied receipts and fedex tracking #.

No response. Wrote and called. Still not response. Wrote again and was given a case #.

Was Asked for receipts. Sent them again via snail mail. No response. Wrote again.

Was told my case had to go to an SE person? Have written twice more and was told someone would be reaching out to me. No reaching has happened. This has been a bad experience.

I'm out nearly 500 dollars. Any advice?
